On the behalf of our Client, the leading multinational IT/Electronics companies in Indonesia, we are seeking for highly professional who meet the qualification outlined herein.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree majoring in any diciplines from reputable university, Master degree is a plus
• In his/her mid 20’s/ 30’s
• Minimum 5 years experience in Sales in IT and/or Telecommunication industry and 3 years in the similar position
• Have a strong business relationship and networking with Public / Government sector and/or other sectors
• Proven sales track record to execute the sales revenue and satisfy customer in Government Sector
• Have good market understanding and strong networking within Jakarta Area and other areas in Indonesia
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer Literate
• Fluent in Bahasa and English both written and spoken

1. Solid PHP5 + OOP Skills
2. Excellent Project Experience using Zend Framework(have ZCE is a big plus)
3. Good working attitude and deadline oriented
4. Experienced as IT Manager
5. Experienced in developing high traffic website
5. Familiar with Apache and Ubuntu Server Environment
6. Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery will be a big plus but not required.

Job Description:
- The goal of this position is to maximize the customer experience of our daily visitors.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries with great service and support!
- Recruit, train, manage, and mentor a team of CSR's
- Coordinate phone sales, e-mail and technical coverage for customer service.
- Manages customer service scripts and incentives to improve performance.
- Inform and train CSR's on new products
- Work with external call centers to support sales initiatives and ensure compliance with policies
- Design measurement tools, track, monitor and report on progress
- Optimize profitability by reducing returns and cancellation

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience customer service at a Manager or Supervisor level.
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
- Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- History of strong work performance and progressive responsibilities/position.
- Strong knowledge of MS office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
